You can use Transport Rules on Exchange 2010 to add a disclaimer to all messages going out. Also you can use LDAP lookups to add names, job title, telephone numbers etc as well.
To add graphics you can add HTML tagsin the signature  to a graphic on your web server, so you add the logo to somewhere on your web server and add the line. E.g.
<img src="http://www.mycompany.com/img/logo.jpg" alt="mycompany">

I know what you wrote above, If you can mail me how to create step by step, with LDAP and Logo, I already have transport rule with disclaimer, I will add another which should select Name, Title, Mobile, Telephone and Logo, if you can mail you screen shot it will be help full or script.

An example disclaimer rule is below with the appropriate fields and logo added and line breaks.

No, as external users will not be able to access the F: drive. It must be on a web server somewhere e.g.
You could place in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot on the Exchange CAS server(s) and use that:

Replace the web address with address of you Exchange CAS server.
