Having trouble Mounting Exchange 2013 Database

I have just recovered an Exchange 2013 CU6 server from the MS CU mess using the RecoverServer switch. Surprisingly for about the first time ever it ran all the way through without an abend and all looks good. All of the Exchange Automatics start. The 1 Database status in Databases shows Dismounted. When I view the details on the ECP for the Database is has the correct db name, correct server, Content Index State shows "Failed."
I checked the status of the database with ESEUTIL /rm and it showed a dirty shutdown. I repaired it and played the logs and the status now is in a clean shutdown status. When I attempt to use the Power Shell mount command it fails to mount with the following complaint: An Active Manager operation failed with a transient error/ Error: MAPIExceptionNetworkError. Unable to mount database. <hr=0x80040115, ec=-2147221227> Down in the details [FailureCategory+Cmdlet-InvalidOperationEXception] D933867A,Microsoft.EXchange.Management.SystemConfigurationTasks.MountDatabase

Anyone have any thoughts?
