I need to be able to sort the information contained in this spreadsheet by either cube# or ext# and print it all on one side of one page, as visibly as possible.

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I believe you started it in a standard table form.

So I moved it back to the table form, and built a report based on the table ("For Printing").

Now in the attached you can sort your table, and it will be reflected in the report.

I need it to be something everyone can use, or at least sort on.  Two tabs is going to be too confusing :(

Firstly, you have my sympathies. If you work in an organise that two tabs in a spreadsheet are going to be too confusing, it must be a nightmare to work in.

Secondly, let's reduce it to one spreadsheet - see attached.

Excellent.  I'm not sure I understand how you did it but it's perfect.  How do I change the text in the header so that it is visible when viewing it?

You need to adjust the height of row 1.

Unfreeze the panes (View - Freeze Panes - Unfreeze panes)

Go up to row 1.

Make it about 3 lines deep.

Re-freeze the panes.

And, as a tip on how I did it, try going across to column BA. :-)
