If there is an ODBC or OLEDB driver available for Windows, you can use the Import Wizard. It's recommended to create the tables manually prior to doing that, to have data types correct.

thanks but what i have another question, there is crm application which has a sql server as database and account system which is in Oracle database where data has to move at the same time, so, what we need an esb tool which  can move automatically db2  data to sql server and oracle database... Pls provide some more  clarity as  which architecture can you  recommend, Every week we need to do this activity which can be automated..

That is something different. You need to regularly import data from DB2 to both Oracle and MsSql. Is that a complete copy of a table or query result each time?

Yes  but we need a transformer to map these tables and filter these mainframe data's to  oracle and SQL server weekly  mostly a tranactional data , we also need to automate this process

The best way to do that is by using SSIS (Sql Server Integration Services). You can create tasks transfering data from one datasource to another, with conditions, failure/success branches aso. It takes some time to get familar with it, but it is a great tool for frequent data transformation.
