Active X on Windows 2008 Terminal Server

We have a 2008 R2 server that is our terminal server. With my account, I can log in and access our cameras through a web interface which requires ActiveX. My colleague cannot get the page to load the ActiveX content. The same thing happens for the Administrator account.
Any ideas??

Give us a clue! What happens? Do they get an error? A request to install? Permissions denied? Something useful that we can work with always helps.

An email client, email reader or more formally mail user agent (MUA) is a computer program used to access and manage a user's email. A web application that provides message management, composition, and reception functions is sometimes also considered an email client, but more commonly referred to as webmail.
