server 2012 start menu

hey guys,

we have 1 server running server 2012 std.

Now it looks like someone disabled the start menu or something, how do i turn it back on?

There is no start menu or start button in 2012. You can get to the start screen by moving the mouse to the top right corner of the screen and then hitting the start charm. 2012 R2 reintroduced a start button. There is still no start menu in 2012 R2, but the start button makes getting to the start screen a tad easier.
