Experts, I have a pivot as shown in the pic.  I need a subtotal for [Actual Funded Date].  I right click and add click subtotal but it is not what is expected.

I have attached the db query.

thank you

I don't understand the question.

Every line is a subtotal for "Actual Funded Date".

You can get subtotals for "Expected Funding Date", but you've got subtotals already.

Additionally, in the database you have posted, I can't see how you got to the graphic that you have posted - the right fields don't seem to be there.

Can you please post the database with the query/form that you show above as part of the database, and maybe explain your problem more.

Philip,

How can I sum for Actual Funded Date for where the dates are not null?

You can delete columns if need be in the qry to match the pic. I am only interested in the Disbursement Amount

Let me know if not clear
Thank you

Add an extra column in the query, and use that column in the crossquery.

DisbursementAmountWithDate: IIF(ISNULL([Actual Funded Date]),0,[Disbursement Amount])
