We recently installed Shoretel IPBX at our campus locations. We have voice vlans and QoS setup on all switches on the LAN. We also have the Shoretel server configured on a Windows Server 2008 R2 in our VMware environment. We have great call quality on all phone calls, but we have degraded voice quality on the voicemail. We users record messages or if someone leaves a voicemail message the quality is inaudible.
We have voice vlans and QoS setup on the links that connect to our VMware host severs.
Does anyone know if there are settings that i can apply to the Shoretel server to have better voicemail quality?
