Logon disabled for citrix users

After regular scheduled reboot we noticed all the citrix servers logon servers has been still on disabled, it should change to enable. Need ot know the root cause for this issue.

did you checked the data store server? I mean database server. Make sure it didn't rebooted on that time and also when you plan for the reboot try to reboot database server first then proceed with the member servers.

Yes it rebooted same time, going will raise change and change schedule time for db server first and then proceed with member servers
