exchange 2010 shell commands.

I am trying to find the correct way to use the shell command to create a PST of the users entire outlook 2010. I was told the one I found was for 2007? Not sure what would be different but I was told there was a difference. I have access to the exchange console and wanted to create a PST of the users outlook.

You need to run it from Exchange EMS, check this guide how to do it:

This is exactly what I wanted. Thanks. My only other question would be what book will give me the latest shell commands for exchange 2010? Thanks so much for your help. I am done and it worked great.
