Exchange Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer errors

Good morning experts,

I am trying to determine where the problem may be between our exchange server and a mail app we now utilize on our iOS devices.

For the most part the application works ok, but random times throughout the day you might not be able to retrieve data from our exchange server from the app which operates over our EWS address.

I ran the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer (Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies
with our specified EWS URL) four times this morning.  1 of four were successful, however, the other three were three different errors.

It was a misconfiguration at the firewall level.  When we moved to our new ASA device the issue was resolved.
