Hi - I am looking to share or export my GAL including AD Pictures with a partner company to import into there exchange server as an additional GAL. Is this possible ? We are entirely separate domains.   We both are running Exchange 2010.

You are talking about an Exchange Federation. Take a look here.. there's alot of work involved so be prepared for that.  Oh note in the end you will be sharing more than just the GAL and pics.
