error :: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send

Hello,
  I get this error "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send" when I make an c#API call. This does not happen when I run local env. It occur when I deploy to production.

Any ideas what could be the issue

Exactly what your messages says: A TCP/IP connection was closed on layer 3 or below. You need to check your connection status before executing your API call.
