Copy a deleted email to a folder in Outlook 2010

This will probably seem like an odd request, BUT, here is what I am looking to do.

I have a subfolder in Outlook 2010 that I created called 'Held Mail'

Any time I delete an email, I would like a copy of it to go into this folder.

How can I achieve this please?

By design not possible. So, Whatever email you need in this folder, use move option, or just drag them to this folder and you are done, no delete required.

Even with VBA it is not possible?  Again, I know this is an unusual request, but the dragging and moving choice is not desirable as we have several users in this box and cannot enforce that.  We need a copy of every email moved into a folder without fail, to happen behind the scenes.

You need third party tools to do it. Like Stealth audit or if you have Exchange, you can set the retention policy.  VBA is not a solution, if you need for more than one user. I don't think, you want to sit with each user for VBA.

Other solution to implement product like source one from emc. Which is an archiving solution and keeps copy of every email, after deletion. However pretty expensive and complex to implement.
