Hello- we are seeing the user process belonging to 'Citrix Touch Optimized Desktop' take 40% or more of the server memory in task manager on our XenApp 6.5 farm servers...

Please tell me what exactly this is, and what the recommended course of action is to reduce this.?..we are seeing this bring server performance way down at times.

Thanks

How would I check if that was installed?  I would not have been the one to do it, so I am not sure.  Thanks.

you can check the same in citrix console to view all the hotfix \ roll up pack details which is installed on xenapp servers.

to download latest version of roll up pack http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX140111 and the process to install the roll up pack http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX120842

XA650W2K8R2X64R02 is what shows under Hotfix details.  We are using Windows 2008 R2 Standard for our farm servers.  Is this up to date?

Disregard last comment.  I see we are two behind and the Citrix Touch Optimized Desktop issue was actually addressed in Rollup 3.  Thanks Sekar.
