you can check the same in citrix console to view all the hotfix \ roll up pack details which is installed on xenapp servers.<br />

Hello- we are seeing the user process belonging to 'Citrix Touch Optimized Desktop' take 40% or more of the server memory in task manager on our XenApp 6.5 farm servers... <br />

Please tell me what exactly this is, and what the recommended course of action is to reduce this.?..we are seeing this bring server performance way down at times.<br />
