Monitor Elastix : Open Source Unified Communications Server with Nagios

Hi ,

I need your help with monitoring elastix server with Nagios. How do I  monitor the registered SIP extension , so that if the mention extension is not register i should received a notification.

Also is there any way that i can monitor call drops through Nagios .
