Upgrade Office 2007 service pack to latest.<br />

Disable add-ins in Outlook 2007<br />
Go to Tools--&gt;Trust Center<br />
Select Add-ins on the left side<br />
click on the Go button<br />
Uncheck everything except Windows Search Email Indexer<br />

Outlook email 2007 really slow to download. &nbsp;Removed all email from server. &nbsp;created Windows Live mail account it is also really slow and just not receiving. &nbsp; I emailed 2 small test emails with only subject line and both outlook and live (at different time) said incoming &nbsp;however the email didn't arrive.<br />
flushed the dns didn't help<br />
end all tasks in task manager and retried same issue.<br />
scanpst didnt work.<br />
reboot didnt work.<br />

internet speed in browser is good. &nbsp;this issue happened suddenly all has been working well until yesterday. &nbsp;<br />
i would appreciate any ideas<br />

Outlook email 2007 really slow to download.  Removed all email from server.  created Windows Live mail account it is also really slow and just not receiving.
