Hyperlink does not open in MS Access form

I have a form thats values control source is a hyperlink value...I checked the table and the field type is Hyperlink.    I checked the field properties in the form and checked off IsHperlink, but it will still not open.  It looks like a hyperlink, but will not open...It looks like a hyperlink and if I right click and select open hyperlink it still does not open...
