Need a voice/text chat server for my web site

I want to update my site to use a Voice Chat/Text Chat solution (instead of the java chat text chat I've been since the 90's).

Any suggestions on a good voice / text chat server? I'd like to host the server myself and be able connect it to my sql server 2012 database. Web cam is not that important, but would be a plus. It doesn't have to be free. I'm willing to pay.

I program in asp.net so would want to be able to access the API from within asp.net.

Anyone know of such a server? Thanks!

Anyone else have any other suggestions for a known working solution with Windows web server and Sql server?

thanks!
