Have you tried the ClickOnce Deployment?
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/t71a733d.aspx

Else, you'd need to use some third party installer (not as easy). Maybe nullsoft, etc.
There are ZIP compression tools that will allow you to run an exe upon unzipping. This could run some executable that installs it.

Otherwise you need to pay for the Standard version or higher to have an easier deployment project.

Hi Sstory,

If i use the clickonce deployment , does it provide the redistributable files and automatically installs in to client machine.

I don't know, but here are some articles on that:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/6hbb4k3e%28v=vs.110%29.aspx
https://robindotnet.wordpress.com/2010/05/23/whats-new-in-clickonce-deployment-in-net-4-0/

My real opinion is that Windows 7 already comes with dotnet 2 and 3 preinstalled. If all of your users are on these versions and you target the 2 or 3 framework you don't even need to worry about it.
