Did it help? My Outlook is missing some files in Search frequently, and usually modifying the mail, moving it to different folder and back, or rebuild the index helps.

I am searching for the word sales in sent items, the result is many emails with this word in it, but I missed one email. When I seach the sent items I can see on december 14 an email which clearly has the word sales in it. It does not show up. <br />
