asked on Citrix Xencenter 6.5 unable to Shadow
When trying to shadow within the Xencenter, I log into windows using administrator domain credentials and it brings me to a blank desktop with no start button. It is running on Server 2008 R2. Has anyone experienced this before?

XenCenter 6.5 has not been released yet??? Are you running the beta version? Or do you mean XenApp 6.5?

What rollup pack do you have installed on the XA65 servers?
