I've setup and tested Lync 2013 Std. in a paired pool, however because of archiving solutions requiring full blown SQL, I may need to move to the Enterprise edition.  Does the installation and configuration of Lync 2013 Ent. edition pool pairing differ from the Std edition? I wasn't sure if sql mirroring was required or something else I'm missing?
