Outlook 2010 Calendar Data Loss

Hi,

I have a user whose (future) Outlook calendar data disappeared, and continues to disappear, after one or two days post-restore. (Even after un-syncing it with her other devices).  I have restored it several times and it keeps disappearing. I also tried creating a separate calendar and restoring to it, but again, it vanishes.  Any input would be appreciated. - Thanks

I assume it is also vanishing from Outlook Web App as well?

Are there any other programs tied in with Outlook? Any add-ins? Google Calendar Sync, etc.

Maybe restore her again and have her solely use Outlook Web App for a few days just to eliminate any Outlook plugins causing this.

I've requested that this question be deleted for the following reason:

This was a new one for me: The user's mother had her old phone, and being bothered by the pop-up re: her calendar items, proceeded to repeatedly delete the entire calendar!
