Cisco AIR-CT5508-K9 lost its base license after a factory restore

Greetings,

We have a Cisco wireless controller under go through a factory restore due to some configuration issues. Powered back on and proceeded through the routine of initial configuration routine, but going the sysinfo and the license details. The base license is now missing, quite a perplexing situation. I am not sure if anyone had encountered this before, the wireless controller is a AIR-CT5508-K9.
