setting up sugar application on lamp stack

Dear Experts:

I am in process of installing Sugar 7.5.1, successfully installed lamp stack with all sugar required Prerequisites on rhel6.6 , apache 2.4, mysql 5.5 and php5.4 , did refer the http://support.sugarcrm.com/02_Documentation/01_Sugar_Editions/04_Sugar_Professional/Sugar_Professional_7.5/Installation_and_Upgrade_Guide/, also permissions are set but when try to access browser iam getting the below error.

1)in the above workspace is sugar directory
2) default installed path of mysql55 is /opt/rh/mysql55 hence path set for the same as
export PATH=$PATH:/opt/rh/mysql55/root/usr/bin/  # set path gets removed automatically without even server reboot
3. default installed path of  php54 is /opt/rh/php54/hence path set for the same as
export PATH=$PATH:/opt/rh/php54/root/usr/bin/ # set path gets removed automatically without even server reboot
4. placed sugarapplication directory in document root /opt/rh/httpd24/root/var/www/html and changed owner and group to apache also set permissions
5. attached httpd.conf please suggest what changes to be made here

please suggest where iam going wrong and help in resolving , thanks

Did you test .php AND or .html Files in your webserver root successfully ?
Did you check the .php Error-log ? What does it say ?
