solidworks service pack upgrade when license is expired

hello expers
i got solidworks 2013. howerver the license has expired. i cannot use 2014 etc...
i was wondering can i upgrade the service pack ?
from 2013 SP 04 to SP 05 ? even if the license has expired ?

if not --- is it possible to downgrade service pack ? back to 3 or 2 or 1 ?

current service pack has some kind of bugs

You might try this webpage or just google "solidworks updates" they should have this information  in the support area.  You might have to be or register to access their support area:
