Press Ctrl + Alt + End keys simultaneoously and it will bring up the regular Ctrl + Alt + Del screen you would see for the 2012 R2 remote session (I assume you are trying to change the password while logged in via RDP). You can then click on Change a password and change the password that way.

It's when you press the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys all at the same time when you are physically in front of the server.

Otherwise the key combination is Ctrl + Alt + End keys if you are logged into the server remotely via RDP.
