Mail box restrictions

Hi

I have an Exchange 2013 setup, and my mailbox is set to accept 50MB emails, however when i try to send a file from any other email like gmail which is larger than 10mb is not being delivered.

Please Help

Hi,

Please verify that organization setting is configured accordingly to accept 50 MB mails. You could check the following location in Exchange Admin Console.

Mail flow > Receive connectors > More options More Options Icon > Organization transport settings > Limits tab > Maximum receive message size
