Setup Printer email notifications for supply levels

I have 67 HP printers on my network. I want to setup every printer in my system to automatically send an email to me when there are only 15% supplies left.  I've setup Webjet Admin latest version, but it runs like a dog.
Any advice on tweaking Webjet Admin or alternative free software to achieve my goals.  

Currently running latest version of Webjet admin 10.3.93994 on a Windows storage server 2008R2.

You can also use Xerox' CentreWare Web. I have not used the current version, but older versions worked very well.

Pretty cool... seems to work a little better.  I'm just trying to figure out how to choose specific subnets that I want to scan.

Documentation can be a little hard to find. I assume they think that, as it's web based, anyone can figure it out :-(. Did you see thse documents:
