need a powershell script in Office 365 to change licenses in bulk

can someone provide a script that I can use to switch 100+ users from one plan in office 365 [e1] to a new plan [e3]

thanks, ive seen those articles, the script works for assigning new licenses, but not changing licenses, which is what I'm trying to do in bulk.
