I need to reset iLO 2 on a production HP Blade Server (Model BL460c). We are running VMWare ESXi 5.1 on this blade and I was wondering if resetting the iLO will shut down any virtual machines running on that blade.

It shouldn't affect the Operating System so if all goes well it shouldn't affect the VMs.
