Does anybody know if a 4th gen NUC running Linux Mint or Windows 8 will work with a 27 in Crossover Korean monitor?

I would like to buy this model NUC
-> Intel NUC BOXD54250WYKH1 Intel 4th Gen Intel Core i5-4250U with Intel HD Graphics 5000

I would like to install Linux Mint as my base OS. However I really love the 27 crossover monitor I got off eBay from Korea. I am just wondering if anybody out there knows if this setup would be compatible. I could always install Windows 8 if that makes the NUC compatible with the Crossover monitor.

Thanks experts!

Anything special about that monitor why you would think it would not work?

What type do you have, does it have an HDMI connector (I suspect it will have), what kind of resolution do you want to work with?

Intel has a nice setup here: link that is about running a NUC as HTPC with Mint as a base OS, running a full HD resolution (XMBC Media Center).

Yes, the monitor only works with dual DVI. The monitor does not work with any laptops that I have, only with my Dell XPS desktop. When I emailed support, they stated that it only works with "dual DVI" video cards. I will read up on the link you posted. Thank you.

Don't  bother that link, it's about an HDMI connection.
