Avaya ERS 3500 Firmware Upgrade

Chaps,

I need some urgent help if possible, i need to upgrade my switch firmware and for the life of my cant work out how to do it.  I have downloaded the below files but cant manage to work how to upload them to the switch's.

3500_10015_diag.bin
3500_521012.img
ers3500_521.tar.gz

The exact switch's we have is ERS 3526T POE.

Anyone about on a Saturday to help!
