If you put your IPaddress into www.blacklistalert.org you will find you are blacklisted on other sites too.

Hi have checked on MXOOLBOX and www.blacklistalert.org and I got all green but yet I still get the issue. What would the next steps be?
It looks like you or someone has been de-listing your IP address on some of the sites, so it's now just a case of waiting to be completely blacklist free.

Until then you will have some delivery issues.  Some sites take a week or so to remove you completely.
Okay on that basis it must be the email provider, is there any site that offers historical information on black listings?
None that I'm aware of I'm afraid.

If this is a regular thing, it might be time to look for a different provider.

Alan
Okay Thanks for the advice.
Sorry there is little to nothing you can do about it for now.

Alan
I understand, I will advise hat we should change provider as this is a requiring issues.
Just choose the next one carefully.  I would recommend Office 365.

Never had any issues using them.
Thanks - I have been using rackspace for years never had an issue, the person I am trying to help is with Heart which I know have had several issues. I will have a look at 365 as this is new to me, looks good though.
It's Microsoft's own hosted Exchange 2013 solution.

Very good, very cheap, huge mailbox capacity and no blacklisting issues.

Have moved around 800 mailboxes to 365 so far for various companies and no complaints.
