Exchange 2010 SP3 Rollup 7 update taking too long

Hi Exchange experts,

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
Exchange 2010 SP3 without RU. Not connected to internet.

I am installing RU 7 on Exchange 2010 SP3. It has almost been two hours and it is still installing. Does it take that long? I have unchecked "Check for publisher’s certificate revocation”. It is frustrating.

Thanks,
