I have a godaddy linux shared hosting account
I ask many questions (on ee and other websites also)
Godaddy Email support was discontinued and chat support was added (or maybe chat support was there many years) and I try to avoid phone sales.
Why do you think godaddy stopped email support.
I can not send error screenshots because chat has no upload button.
So I decided to move my data and this is not a question about shared hosting companies that have email support because that is all the companies. I will open up another question about which shared host you recommend.
And clients I have worked with use godaddy shared hosting. Do I just tell clients that I need more time/money to solve questions using godaddy hosting because I am trying to figure out how to send a screenshot using a telephone.
Do they just want to sell 2 templates of one wordpress website to all the customers by using phone sales
This question took me 7 minutes (because of edits) to write. But alot of time to think of.
If I was on the phone with godaddy phone sales main switchboard, I would still be on hold.
And I always forget that I am waiting on hold 45 minutes for chat support. I need a third monitor.
