Win 2012 Server DNS AD directory

i deleted forward zones how can I rebuild

Go to TCP/IP property > Advanced> DNS and ensure the "Register this connections address in DNS" is checked.

Run the below commands on problem DC and verify the subfolders in DNS :

 net stop dns
 net stop netlogon
 ipconfig /flushdns
 net start dns
net start netlogon
ipconfig /registerdns
netdiag /fix

If above does not help follow this :
