Disable ssl2 and weak cyphers on server 2008

I'm trying to disable weak ciphers and ssl 2.0 on my server 2008 webserver. But when I go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL" it doesn't show anything in ciphers and only shows SSL2.0 under protocols. I thought there was supposed to be things like TLS and SSL3 in here. What am I missing.

I've attached a screenshot of the regedit screen.
