How to fix Fail to acquire Security Audit privilege for VSS

VSS on my Exchange 2010 server has been working well until last week when i've been getting a lot of these errors:
"Fail to acquire Security Audit privilege.
 Security Audits for shadow copy creation and import will not be logged. 0x80070514, Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller."

Consequently, my Windows Server Backup has been failing.

I've done some googling but not many of them i can understand.

1. Is there any backup or VSS snapshot task exists in scheduler.
2. If so, find exact volume/folder/file is tried to be backed up.
3. Check if audit is enabled. If so, check for any issue in permission settings.
Meanwhile, is there any security program installed? I noticed this kind of issue could be caused by security program such as anti virus program, so please try to disable it to see the result.

the Volume Shadow Copy service has had the same "Log On As" account forever.
