web-site data update do not display right away

i got codeignter based web-site and recently i noticed that after updating some text at the web-site it doesnt display.
only after i refresh page Ctrl+F5 data displays!
i dont have Cache activated at codeigniter!
what it could be ? where should i look ?

In your browser because your browser will cache pages.  That is normal behavior.
