How to generate a wordlist combination ?

I want to generate a wordlist notepad and save it as dictionary , but I want to be 8 digits and to start up with 123456 and the other two digits and upper case and small case letters , as there any programs can do this ?Please name it to download it

This Wikipedia link will point you to programs that generate lists of of words.
There are also links to existing lists of words which might already have much of what you need.
