You could start with giving us more information.
Do you have the number of users, servers, applications and databases?
Plus other information as network, storage and security solutions?

 Do you have the number of users, servers, applications and databases? 500 users . 19 blade servers and slone serves
 Plus other information as network, storage and security solutions?  not much in this category

Only by the number of users I would say it's a mid level business. By your IT infrastructure I wouldn't say so.
How many vendors are you dealing with?
Can be everything set as a single package delivery so you can reduce costs?
Do you have any IT team or everything is outsourced? Service included?

 Can be everything set as a single package delivery so you can reduce costs? no we have desktop back /oracle /sql
 Do you have any IT team or everything is outsourced? Service included?  we have internal it team . networking /application /database supporting ......... etc
