checkpoint vpn won't launch on remote user

Hi techs, Im trying to help a remote user get her vpn running.  When I click the icon, nothing happens.  Tried running as Admin too, but wont work.

Any help is appreciated.

What version of windows 7 is it?
There are some limitations in a windows 7 home based PC.

In addition..
What AV is running?
Is the person logged into the machine as an admin, or as a user?
Does the Admin account have a password? (Home based machines will need this in order to install software)

I just asked when she last restared.  She has not restarted in 2 weeks.  She did a restart and now it worked.
