Website Resolving Issue

I have been provided with a web address in to access a portal from one of our suppliers, however the webaddress does not resolve within our network. I have tried the web address at home and on another internet connection and the address works fine. When I navigate to the page I simply get a webpage could not be displayed error.

Is this a problem with their website or our internal DNS perhaps? We have no other issues with any website other than this new address.

We are running a Microsoft SBS Server with DHCP and DNS roles installed.

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks

It depends on if nothing really works well, or only that website.
If ONLY that website, find the correct IP address (do an nslookup against Google's DNS 8.8.8.8), and input it in your own DNS server (add A record for that website/domain).
