Exchange Server will not connect

My exchange server will not start up correctly, the server will not load and I get the attached error. I do not see any processes turned off and am a little baffled. Please Help!!

Many cause for this error if your sever is running on hyper-v then you have to time synchronize option form Hyper-v.

Check Active Directory replication also DNS , Have you tried a different account with Domain Admin rights ?
