SSRS and SSIS not available in SSMS

I am logged onto the server as the domain administrator and the domain administrator is a SQL sysadmin, however when I go to log into SSMS the only option available is the Database Engine. The reporting and integration engines are dim. I can see the reporting and integration services running. What could be causing this? This is SQL Server 2014.

SSIS and SSRS are not part of the SQL Server / SSMS install, they are a separate install after SQL called SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).

Jim, thank you for pointing me to the new SQL Data Tools for SQL 2014. However, in this case, I discovered that the original answer to this was going to Programs and Features and then adding to SQL Server 2014 Management Tool - Complete.

Now a dumb question I have is why did Microsoft remove the SSDT-BI from the SQL installation? It was bad enough they changed the name from Business Intelligence Design Studio to SQL Server Data Tools but why remove it from the installation?
