Sharepoint 2013 sync problem

I have created some issues on sharepoint server

but the user's pages it does not seem and also they are not having informed / their exchange tasks not updated


how should i resolve this issue ?

ok, multiple reasons - at first, only Tasks can be synced with Exchanges afaik; and you also need to be sure you have Enterprise licenses and search preconfigured to aggregate the data; exchange integration need to be set up (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj554516%28v=office.15%29.aspx) and finally you need to manually enable sync in Tasks ribbon option on your personal site tasks area.
