Lync Clients for Mac Can't Connect on Network

Hello,

Lync clients for Windows connect internally and externally without any issues, however, our Mac users get stuck at signing in  once they connect to our network plugged in or on VPN. We have our wireless set up to connect to our internal network as well and mobile clients get stuck at signing in when connected to wireless, but anywhere else they can connect.

Does anyone have any idea as to what this could be?

The issue is that the lyncdiscoverinternal.domain.com certificate is usually generated by a company's RootCA vs a trusted public CA like GoDaddy or NetworkSolutions, etc. You need to either install the RootCA certificate on the external devices so they trust the certificate or add the certificate as a SAN on you public cert.
