i am going to configure dag for 07 nodes, so it is necessary to create a witness server for the seven nodes or not needed.

When you go to set up a new DAG it will ask you to specify a witness server whether you want to use it or not. You will see a Witness server option that is required in order for you to create the DAG. Note that the Witness directory field is optional so you can leave this field blank.

With a 7 node DAG I wouldn't worry too much about the placement of the File Share Witness so just put it on a CAS server in your primary data center when you go to create the DAG as it will already have the necessary permissions and firewall exceptions to allow the File Share Witness directory and share to be created. If you decide to place the FSW on another server you must add the Exchange Trusted Subsystem security group to the local Administrators group on the witness server prior to creating the DAG. Remember that the witness server must not be a member of the DAG either way.

Have a read here for more information on how the witness server and directory works: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298065(v=exchg.150).aspx#Cr

The above is for Exchange 2013 as you haven't specified the Exchange version in your question. There is also an Exchange 2010 version of this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298065(v=exchg.141).aspx#Cr
